Colors of West Texas on display

Colors of West Texas is an exhibition being presented in multiple galleries across the city of Odessa.

The exhibition seeks to showcase Queer creative voices in our community. While not all of the pieces speak to that in a direct way, all of the creators are motivated by identity, which is closely tied to one’s background and experiences within the space we live, a news release said.

The Colors of West Texas art exhibition will be available for viewing 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Friday and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Nancy Fyfe Cardozier Gallery at UTPB.

The closing reception is 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. July 29 and is free and open to the public.
