The UTPB women’s soccer team will remain at home for this weekend’s nonconference game against Fort Lewis College at 11 a.m. Saturday at Falcon Field.
The Falcons (1-0-1) are coming off their first win of the season in a 2-0 victory against Texas Wesleyan University back on Monday.
UTPB’s other result was a scoreless draw against Our Lady of the Lake University in the team’s season opener last Friday in San Antonio.
Fort Lewis College, which plays in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, is coming off a 2-1 loss to Midwestern State on Thursday in Wichita Falls.
Fort Lewis College sits at 1-1-1, having tied to Lubbock Christian and defeating Eastern New Mexico.
