ALPINE Sul Ross State University has removed the interim tag from women’s soccer head coach John Dominguez, a press release stated Monday.
Dominguez was named the interim head coach back in August as he coached a roster of only 14 players to a 2-11 record.
The Lobos ended the season with a 5-1 victory against LeTourneau on Oct. 30. The other win came in a 1-0 result over Schreiner on Sept. 5.
Dominguez is a 2020 graduate of Sul Ross State who played for the men’s soccer team for two seasons in 2018 and 2019.
