The UTPB women’s basketball team will have to wait to start Lone Star Conference play, as its matchups with St. Mary’s and St. Edward’s have been postponed due to COVID-19.
The Falcons were set to go up against St. Mary’s at 2 p.m. Friday in San Antonio and St. Edward’s at 1 p.m. Sunday in Austin.
No makeup date for the contests has been announced at this time, according to a press release.
UTPB currently has a 4-8 overall record, owning a three-game winning streak.
The UTPB men’s basketball team will play its games against St. Mary’s and St. Edward’s as scheduled.
Both teams are currently slated to host Angelo State Thursday at the Falcon Dome.
