MIDLAND Sockers FC’s Kenan Ersoy scored in the 55th minute to level the match and help his team to a 1-1 draw against the visiting Laredo Heat in National Premier Soccer League play Thursday at Grande Communications Stadium in Midland.
Sockers FC (4-0-3, 15 points) remain in first place in the Lone Star Conference, two points in front of Denton.
Gabriel Gacovicaj of Laredo scored in the 13th minute for the Heat’s only marker.
