MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL: RockHounds back on the road

The Midland RockHounds will return to action, facing the Wichita Wind Surge on the road beginning with Tuesday’s 7:05 p.m. contest at Riverfront Stadium.
The RockHounds (6-3) just finished a home series against Corpus Christi, defeating the Hooks 6-1 and 13-6 in a doubleheader Saturday at Momentum Bank Ballpark.
It’ll be Midland’s second road series of the season. The RockHounds are currently second in the Texas League South Division.
Wichita is currently 4-5 and in fourth in the Texas League North Division.
The Wind Surge is coming off a 5-1 win over Northwest Arkansas on the road on Sunday, wrapping up a six-game series in which Wichita went 4-2.
