The Odessa Jackalopes made four selections Wednesday in the annual North American Hockey League draft.
John Christen of Tomah, Wisconsin was the first-round pick, a 6-foot-2, 185-pound defenseman who scored 39 points in 35 games last season with Tomah/Spartan High and Team Wisconsin.
Forward Alex Bump of Prior Lake, Minn., was the second-round selection, a 6-0, 180-pound forward. He finished with 32 points (13 goals, 19 assists) in 19 games for Prior Lake High last season.
Cristian Tallarico was taken in the third round, the 5-7, 153-pound defenseman from Switzerland having played 47 games for ZUG-U20 Elit last season.
William Marshall of St. Louis, a 5-11, 165-pound center, was the final pick. He scored 16 points for Culver Academy last season.
