MIDLAND West Texas FC will host OKC 1889 FC in the South Region semifinals at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Astound Broadband Stadium.
West Texas FC is coming off a historic 4-1 win over the Denton Diablos to capture the Lone Star Conference playoff championship for the first time in club history this past Saturday.
West Texas FC is currently on a seven-game winning streak, dating back to the team’s 4-2 win over the Fort Worth Vaqueros on June 15.
The winner of Wednesday’s game will advance to the regional final against the winner of Hickory FC-Columbus United from the other regional semifinal.
