The Permian and Odessa High boys basketball teams will travel to Abilene for their area round playoff matchups against Metroplex opposition, according to an ECISD release.
The Panthers (29-3) will face Keller Central at Abilene Cooper at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The Chargers defeated Fort Worth Paschal in the bi-district round.
Odessa High (24-8) will face Arlington Martin at Abilene High at 7:30 p.m. Friday as well. The Warriors beat Keller High in overtime in the bi-district round.
Permian and Odessa High will both be the home teams in their respective matchups.
