MIDLAND The Permian volleyball team lost in four sets against Midland Legacy Tuesday at Legacy High School.
The Lady Rebels won by scores of 25-11, 24-26, 25-16, 25-18 as the team improved to 27-15 overall and 3-1 in District 2-6A play.
With the victory, Midland Legacy remains in the hunt for a district title as San Angelo Central (24-2, 4-0) remains one game in first place.
Midland High is tied for second with Midland Legacy at 21-15, 3-1.
Permian sits at 21-11, 0-4.
The Lady Panthers will next face Odessa High at 5 p.m. Friday at OHS Fieldhouse.
