The UTPB volleyball team lost in four sets against Texas Woman’s University Thursday at Falcon Dome.
Playing in a Lone Star Conference game, the Falcons fell to 9-5 overall, 2-3 in conference while Texas Woman’s improved to 10-5, 3-2.
Texas Woman’s won by scores of 20-25, 25-23, 25-15, 25-15.
UTPB was led by Cassandra Rother’s 10 kills wihle Lauren Demuth had three blocks and Jenna Gray had 23 assists. Gabby Gregorski had 23 digs.
Texas Woman’s was led in kills by Kady Hansen and Malia Viernes who each had 11.
Cara Pool and Myracle Stockman each had four blocks and Luna Franca had 27 digs.
UTPB will next face Midwestern State at 2 p.m. Saturday at Falcon Dome.
