The UTPB men’s and women’s basketball teams continue their Lone Star Conference road trip with games against Texas A&M International beginning at 1 p.m. Saturday in Laredo.
The women take to the court first against the Dust Devils, looking to even their conference mark after falling 61-53 at Texas A&M-Kingsville Thursday.
Kamari Portalis led the Falcons (1-7 overall, 0-1 in conference) with 11 points.
The men’s team looks to remain perfect in conference play after a 75-65 victory against the Javelinas that snapped Texas A&M-Kingsville’s 16-game home winning streak.
Jordan Horn led the Falcons (4-2, 1-0) with 20 points, while DaJuan Jones added 19 in the victory.
