Sockers FC is back in the Permian Basin to host the Laredo Heat at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Grande Communications Stadium in Midland.
The Sockers (4-0-2) currently lead the Lone Star Conference with 14 points.
They won a pair of road games last week, defeating Irving FC 2-1, followed by a 1-0 victory against Denton.
Laredo (2-1-1) currently sits tied for third with seven points. The Heat’s most recent game was a 3-0 victory against Denton on June 3.
