Repairs have been completed on the broken water main that has left many Ector County residents without since Monday. The system will take 12-14 hours to pressurize and the supply to return to normal. A boil notice remains in place until at least 24 hours after the pressure returns to normal. The city will also be holding the only drinking water distribution at the Ector County Coliseum starting at 9 a.m..
