Roman Lueras, 14, plays in a flood area of Lawndale Park after it flooded due to failure in the water tank at the park. A City of Odessa official told the Odessa American there was a failure of a fitting at the base of the tank. A City of Odessa crew was trying to fix it and it broke loose on them. There were no fatalities, minor injuries and four patients were taken to local hospital for observation. They were rescued by OFR. Crews will pump residual water out and place new clamp. Water tank is expected to be back in service tomorrow. (Jacob Ford|Odessa American)
