Ector County ISD Director of Administrative Services Maribel Aranda talks to district leaders about bullying reporting procedures Wednesday during the last day of Leadership University at Crossroads Fellowship Church. Director of Talent Development Debbie Bynum said Leadership University has been very successful this year. The first two days focused on reflecting as leaders and Wednesday was more nuts and bolts. About 250 people attended.
