The Never Forgotten Commemoration began on Saturday morning at Ector County Coliseum with a sirens drive caravan by first responders down 42nd Street to the Chris Kyle Memorial. The ceremony hosted by multiple police and fire agencies was to pay tribute to those lost during the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.
