Photos from Odessa Arts’ Permian Basin Fashion Week Kickoff with fashion designer and “Project Runway” star Daniel Esquivel Wednesday evening at the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. The kick off was the first in a series of events centered around Odessa Art’s Black and White Ball which will be held on Saturday, April 2 at the Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. The event will feature a fashion show, featuring a Black & White Collection by Daniel Esquivel, food, dancing, auctions and more.
