Dear Ector County Utility Board Members:
I write to you today with sincere prayer and unwavering commitment.
It is with humility and deep sense of purpose that I announce my decision to step down at the Nov. 8, 2023 regular scheduled board meeting from my position as Board Director and President of Ector County Utility District. I do so with the intent of continuing to support West Odessa and all efforts in campaigning for all water issues.
Our faith, values and freedoms are under attack by those within our own community.
Our journey ahead is not without challenges but with continued support and dedication, West Odessa can overcome them and create a brighter future for our community, our children, and our grandchildren.
