The Odessa Police Department will hold a wreath laying ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 12, at sunrise, to pay tribute to Fallen Corporal Abel Marquez, who died in the line of duty on September 12, 2007.
The public is invited to attend the wreath laying ceremony. The wreath will be on display from sunrise to sunset and anyone wishing to show their respects is encouraged to visit the memorial during this time.
