Warrant drive under way in Midland

Midland Municipal Court will clearing up its list of outstanding citation and traffic tickets March 6 through March 10.

Although anyone can appear in Midland Municipal Court at any time to resolve their outstanding cases without the fear of being arrested, the court will be conducting a warrant and compliance drive to resolve outstanding citations during the second full week of March.

Defendants with a citation are encouraged to call, email, visit online, appear virtually, or come to the court in-person to take the necessary steps to resolve their citations.

If you are concerned you have an outstanding City of Midland violation, you are encouraged to contact the Midland Municipal Court to find out what options or arrangements might be available. You may be eligible for alternative methods of discharging your fine and costs. You may be eligible to sign up online for the driving safety course, deferred disposition and can make payments on an existing payment plan.
