MONAHANS Ward Memorial Hospital is hosting a signing/celebration event with four Monahans High School students who completed the CNA course at Monahans-Wickett-Pyote ISD.
The event is taking place at the Ward Memorial Hospital Board Room at 420 S. Ike, inside the Monahans Physical Therapy facility located directly behind the hospital. The event will be on Tuesday, July 23, starting at 1 p.m.
They will celebrate the success of four Monahans High School students who completed their Texas Certified Nursing Assistant certifications in May and have completed the hiring process and are now a part of the medical professional team at Ward Memorial Hospital in Monahans.
Growing our own workforce requires many different community partners to help our students successfully navigate through their education opportunities with a smooth transition into the local workforce, a news release said.
The four new Ward Memorial Hospital employees are:
- Marcos Gros – CNA with Sandhills Family Clinic.
- Kendra Grado – CNA with Sandhills Family Clinic.
- Daisy Gallegos – CNA with Dr. Daye’s Clinic.
- Graycie Davis – CNA on Med Surg.
