AUSTIN Texas Land Commissioner and Veterans Land Board (VLB) Chairwoman Dr. Dawn Buckingham on Monday highlighted that the VLB’s Texas Real Estate Commission-approved (TREC) Continuing Education course is now available to Realtors.
This one-hour free elective course counts toward REALTORS’s required training and is taught by VLB Marketing and Outreach Staff. The course can be taken either online via Zoom or in person and covers VLB’s home and land loan programs and common issues Realtors should know.
