>> WINKLER COUNTY: SH 115 traffic will be shifted to the west side of the road as crews place asphalt in conjunction with the overpass project at SH 302. The eastbound SH 302 service roads from CR 207 to Standard Avenue remain closed. The westbound SH 302 service road from SH 115 to Standard Avenue remains closed.
