Bubba’s 33, 6153 E. Highway 191, has invited the community to trick-or-treat at the restaurant from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today.
The Odessa Police Department and other vendors and organizations will be present.
Costume contest will take place at 7:45 p.m.
