Three men were arrested Thursday on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges following a drug investigation.
According to an Odessa Police Department report, detectives received a tip Armando Calanche was selling cocaine and throughout the course of the investigation discovered Javier Rodriguez and Derek Gandarilla were “working in concert” with Calanche to distribute the cocaine.
“Utilizing a myriad of investigative tactics, approximately 132.7 grams of cocaine was seized,” during the investigation, the report stated.
All three men were arrested at a home in the 1100 block of West 57th Street and in the house, detectives found marijuana and THC wax, the report stated. They also found Alprazolam in Rodriguez’s car.
The men were booked into the Ector County jail on suspicion of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, engaging in organized criminal activity, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Rodriguez is also facing an evading arrest charge because police said he tried to run during the search of the house.
