Ector County ISD reported a fire Tuesday evening on the roof of one of the Odessa High School Fieldhouses.
Odessa Fire & Rescue quickly responded to the report and put it out, a news release said. There were no injuries, it appears to have been accidental, and it looks like damage is minimal, a news release said.
“The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage is not yet fully determined. We will update this situation once we have more information,” the release said.
All ECISD schools and offices are closed this week for spring break.
