PSP encourages community participation to secure TxDOT funding

MIDLAND The Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP) invites members of the Texas Permian Basin community to join in securing financial support from the Texas Department of Transportation.

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has unveiled its draft 2025 Unified Transportation Program (UTP) that charts the course for the next decade, with $3.9 billion in funding allocated for the Odessa District. The projects funded by the UTP will greatly benefit residential and commercial traffic, guaranteeing increased accessibility, improved travel experiences, and heightened road safety.

As proud residents of the Permian, we have a crucial stake in securing this financial support. The commission is accepting public comments until August 5, and we ask that you join us in voicing support for this much-needed funding, a PSP news release said.
