The Pink the Basin annual luncheon is scheduled October 1 at the Odessa Marriott Hotel & Conference Center.
Doors will open at 11 a.m.
Guest speaker Diana Jordan is excited to be chosen by Oprah “As one of the funniest people on the Planet!” In 2010, Jordan was diagnosed with breast cancer and is now a 14-year survivor.
The luncheon will have a Style Show featuring clothing from Julian Gold. The 10 models are breast cancer survivors from the Permian Basin. There will also be raffle and have 6 raffle prizes. These items were donated by the following: Sam L Majors Jewelers, Dazzling Décor, Rebecca Dodge, E.F. Outfitters, McKinney Outfitters and Kendra Scott Midland.
Pink the Basin is a local nonprofit that was incorporated in 2012. Their mission is to help the community in the Permian Basin with mammograms, diagnostic services
