Odessa Christian School recently had a Work Day. WES (Western Midstream) is wonderful, Principal Pam Walker said. They have an incentive for their employees to volunteer for community service, and they pay for the material that is needed to complete the work days. At the September Work Day, they had four WES volunteers and 13 parents, school board members and staff help.
At WES, they are committed to its core value of Servant Leadership. Through philanthropic endeavors, regional development and community investments, they are an integral part of the communities where they live and operate. Western Midstream’s Social Involvement and Volunteering Program is in place to facilitate the commitment.
Western Midstream provides volunteer and monetary support to qualified nonprofit organizations that contribute to and enrich their local communities.
