WASHINGTON, D.C. Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) released the following statement in response to President Biden’s “radical” proposal to overhaul the Supreme Court of the United States:
“President Biden’s proposal to overhaul the Supreme Court of the United States will go nowhere in a Republican Congress. This radical desire for power is meant to benefit Congressional Democrats and the Biden-Harris Administration beset with court defeats after numerous unconstitutional actions,” Pfluger said in the statement. “For all the endless lectures about ‘saving democracy’ they always seem to be the ones dismantling it.”
