Keep Odessa Beautiful is taking nominations for Star of the Month through Friday.
Star of the Month recognizes Odessa citizens who contribute to the overall aesthetics and health of the city by maintaining exceptionally clean and beautiful properties. Nominations for the program are open to the public from April through October of each year, and volunteer judges recognize several “Star of the Month” from all over Odessa with signature yard signs. A yard can only win the award once every three years.
