The Odessa College Board of Trustees will meet in a work session at noon May 17 in Room 119 of the Wood Math and Science Building on campus, 201 W. University Blvd.
The agenda includes discussion of the executive assistant to the president position; financial statements and budget amendments; the quarterly investment report.
Also discussion of the appointment of independent auditors and reorganizing the board. Trustees Dr. Tara Deaver, Place 8, Bruce Shearer, Place 1, and Hortencia Del Bosque, Place 2, were up for reelection this year, but no one ran against them.
