The Odessa College Board of Trustees will meet in a work session to discuss the 2023 tax rate at noon Wednesday in the Zant Community Room of the Saulsbury Campus Center, 201 W. University Blvd.
The board also will hear a presentation on monthly financial statements and budget amendments.
