Nonprofit Management Center (NMC) has announced a new event, the NMC Celebrity Chef Showdown: Battle for the Golden Skillet, scheduled at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 29, at the Ector County Coliseum, Barn B.
This unique culinary event is set to bring together local chefs who will compete in an epic culinary battle, showcasing their skills and creativity, all in support of a great cause.
On Jan. 22 at 2 p.m. at the NMC Odessa office, 1000 Maple Ave., participating chefs will draw for the protein they must use as the main ingredient in their culinary creations for the Chef Showdown.
