Get ready to rock at the Midland Rockhounds stadium when Miranda Lambert tours through West Texas this summer.

The Grammy award-winning country music star is set to perform in Midland on Saturday.

This will be Miranda Lambert’s first time performing at the Rockhounds stadium, and it’s sure to be an exciting show for everyone. With the brilliant West Texas sunset added to the outdoor atmosphere, the concert will certainly be an unforgettable experience.

The Midland Rockhounds are hosting the concert as part of their involvement with the Music on the Diamond concert series.

Music on the Diamond is a nationwide initiative from Diamond Baseball Holdings, the owners of the Midland Rockhounds, to bring live music performances by top artists to minor league baseball ballparks across America. The idea behind the concert series is to provide a unique live music opportunity for fans to see their favorite artists in an especially intimate and seasonal setting.

The Midland event is one of many concerts that Music on the Diamond will be putting on. Music on the Diamond includes five ballparks around the nation and will be highlighting Thomas Rhett as the next music star to tour the ballparks this season.

Miranda Lambert is the most awarded artist in the history of the Academy of Country Music and was named Entertainer of the Year. Her newest single, “Wranglers,” is out now.

Her upcoming album was recorded entirely in Texas, something the singer hasn’t done in over 20 years. Describing it as “very country,” Lambert is excited to return to her roots.

Miranda Lambert will be supported by fellow country music artists Stoney Larue and Mike Ryan. All three stars were born in Texas, and the show will be an exciting homecoming of sorts.

The Rockhounds baseball field will be transformed to create a standing-room-only style concert within the diamond in front of the stage. For a seated view, the surrounding stadium seats will also be available.

The concert will take place at Momentum Bank Ballpark on Saturday, June 29 at 7 p.m. Get tickets at milb.com/midland
