Discover Odessa has scheduled a meeting and event planner celebration from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Odessa Chamber of Commerce, 700 N. Grant Ave., Ste 200.
Meeting and Event Planners help the Odessa economy by bringing their conferences, meetings, sporting events, reunions, and annual events. The Discover Odessa staff would like to recognize them for their hard work.
“Hosting events allows us the opportunity to showcase Odessa and all there is to offer,” Monica Tschauner, director of Discover Odessa, said. “We work closely with the event planners by assisting with accommodations, transportation, and their registration.” “It is also an opportunity to promote our local attractions and restaurants to our visitors.”
