An Odessa Police Department information detailed an 80-year-old man died in a train-pedestrian fatality.
The incident occurred at 5 p.m. Saturday near Williams Avenue and Murphy Street.
Jose Acosta, 80, who suffers from dementia, stepped out onto the train tracks and got hit, the information request detailed.
