An Odessa company that provides promotional items and business gifts has filed a breach of contract lawsuit against Odessa Regional Medical Center.
According to the lawsuit filed in Ector County District Court Wednesday, ORMC owes Stout Images more than $40,000.
Stout Images gave ORMC a written demand for the outstanding debt and still wasn’t paid, the lawsuit stated.
The company is suing for the amount owed, plus accrued interest, prejudgement interest, attorneys fees and court costs and foreclosure of Stout Image’s mineral liens against ORMC’s mineral interests.
ORMC’s parent company, Steward Health, announced last month it was selling off all its properties amidst a bankruptcy.
