The Junior League of Odessa will once again be hosting horse-drawn carriage rides through Shiloh in Emerald Forest.
“We are thrilled to offer this holiday experience to the Permian Basin again this year,” League President Becca Myers said in a news release. “The funds raised from this event go directly back into the community, and we are passionate about serving and supporting the most vulnerable in Odessa.”
This will be the fourth year the League has offered carriage rides to the community. This year, there will be six different evenings of rides. Each ride is about 20 minutes long. The event will be held on Dec. 9-11, and 14-16. The rides begin each evening at 6:30 p.m. and the last ride will be at 8:50 p.m. Available carriages have seating for four, six and 12 people.
Tickets are now on sale for the community.
All the proceeds raised from ticket sales will benefit the Junior League of Odessa. If you wish to grab a bite before or after your ride, food trucks will be on site. For more information, call 432-332-0095 or email [email protected].
