Keep Odessa Beautiful has scheduled a Halloween-Recycle Contest.
Entry deadline is Saturday.
Rules are:
1. You must recycle, reuse, repurpose an item or items to make a Halloween decoration or Halloween Costume (or both).
2. At least 50% of your piece has to be created from recyclable materials.
3. Remember, the point of this contest is to give new life to an item/items that would otherwise be thrown into the trash can or the recyclable bin.
Prizes will be awarded for best decoration and best costume.
Prizes in each category will be $100 value, first place; $50 value, second place; and $25 value, third place.
