A report of a man dressed like the Grim Reaper around Burnet Elementary School has been investigated by the Odessa Police Department.
In a text message, OPD Public Relations Manager Monica Quintero said the OPD investigated the situation and continues to monitor it.
At this time, she said, there is no criminal activity.
According to social media posts, parents were alarmed and some were pulling their children out of school or not taking them because of the man. There were also calls to the school.
