A water line replacement project will begin Monday, September 9, on the west side of Grandview Ave. south of Yukon Rd. The project is expected to be completed in two months, a City of Odessa news release said.
Edgardo Madrid and Associates is the contractor for this project. The contractor will pass out notices to customers one week prior to any street or alley closures and is responsible for handing out notices 24 hours before any temporary scheduled disruption of water pressure, the release said.
