The Ector County Republican Women have scheduled several candidate forums on Wednesday. Three will take place during their regular meeting at Odessa Country Club, 1 Fairway Drive, with a meet and greet at 11 a.m., lunch at 11:30 a.m. and the forum beginning at noon. Lunch is $15.
Candidates for the afternoon forum include:
- County judge candidates Debi Hays and Chris Fostel
- County commissioner Precinct 2 candidates Greg Simmons and Brandon Tate
- County commissioner Precinct 4 candidates Arlo Chavira and Russell Wright Another forum for the seven justice of the peace Precinct 2 candidates is set from 5:15 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday at OC’s Saulsbury Center.
