The University of Texas Permian Basin has scheduled the fifth annual Geoscience Symposium from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at the UTPB Engineering Building, Henry Lecture Hall, first floor, 4901 E. University Blvd.
The art exhibit will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Speakers will be David Cannon, senior vice president at Diamondback Energy and Denise Cox, president of Storm Energy.
