Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Permian Basin will partner with High Sky Children’s Ranch to present a free virtual seminar for parents navigating their children’s teenage years.
The virtual seminar will be held via Zoom from 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Tuesday.
The seminar is being offered in response to requests from parents throughout the Permian Basin and will provide information on the reasons why teens can be so difficult, as well as tips and strategies for “getting back to calm.”
The session will be conducted by Amber Chapman, clinical director of High Sky Children’s Ranch.
While the seminar is free, reservations are requested so that attendees can be provided with the Zoom link. Anyone interested who does not have access to Zoom can make arrangements to participate at the Big Brothers Big Sisters office at 714 W. Louisiana Ave. in Midland.
