Shell Oil Company, in collaboration with LiftFund, will offer a series of free September online and in-person business seminars to help aspiring entrepreneurs and existing small business owners in the Permian Basin, with the technical, business, and soft skills needed to succeed.
Classes, which will be offered in English and Spanish, Sept. 11, 18 and 21. Classes will be taught on Zoom, and at various locations in Odessa, Pecos and Monahans.
