University of Texas Permian Basin will open a new outdoor fitness court at 10 a.m. Sept. 5.
This addition to the campus is made possible through a partnership with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and the National Fitness Campaign.
The event will feature speakers and demonstrations of the new equipment, which is available for community use. The outdoor fitness court is located along campus walking trails, just across the street from Stonehenge.
