ALPINE The third annual Big Bend Brass Bash Festival and Gala Concert for high school, college and community brass players and teachers has been scheduled Sunday at Sul Ross State University, 400 N. Harrison St., Alpine.
- 9 a.m.: Warm-up session, masterclass and large brass ensemble rehearsals in the Francois Fine Arts Building. All sessions are free and open to intermediate-level through professional-level brass players. Bring your instruments.
- 4 p.m.: Gala concert in Marshall Auditorium. Admission is free.
