The Midland College Foundation and the Midland Memorial Foundation has scheduled an estate planning seminar from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday on the MC Main campus in the Scharbauer Student Center Carrasco Room or virtually via Zoom.
Topics will include: complimenting a family business succession plan, disclaimers in estate planning, funding trusts, trust administration, life insurance planning in an unprecedented environment, and tax planning ideas for higher income taxpayers.
Professional development credit will be issued to attorneys and Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) through the MC Workforce Continuing Education department.
